OUTLINE PSD'S

BEFORE & AFTER
1 Open up your PSD.
2 Open up a New Image. Make sure it is large enough for your entire PSD to fit on it.
3 Using your Flood Fill Tool , fill your "New Image" with whatever color you want to outline your PSD in.
4 Go to the image that has your PSD on it and copy it. Then go to your "New Image" and paste your PSD "As new Selection"
5 Go to "Selections" > "Modify" > "Expand..."

6 A window will pop up. If you get one that says "Auto Actions" at the top, and it says something about it needing to be defloated, just click "OK" After that, a window that says "Expand Selection" should pop up. Change the "Number of pixels" to whatever number you'd like.
